Whereas Service Franchisees have a hands-on, practical service role, dealing directly with clients, Regional and State Master Franchisees have a management / leadership role.
At a Regional Master Franchisee level, the typical Franchisee has previous middle or senior management
experience, or has been self-employed.
A Regional Master Franchisee’s chief responsibility is recruiting service franchisees, and then training
and coaching them to be successful business people. Your initial investment includes all intellectual property
such as use of trademarks, franchise agreements, operations manuals, marketing manuals, business systems
for all six services etc., and, as with Service Franchises, it is our training which sets us apart from the rest.
We will instruct you in all aspects of our business, including recruiting and coaching your franchisees,
administration and marketing.
James’ Home Services have developed a systemised meeting structure which encompasses both training and networking functions. In contrast to many, if not most, other franchise businesses, we have designed our system
so that only a very limited number of Service Franchisees (around 5 - 7) are reporting to each Regional Franchisee.
Regional Master Franchisees meet monthly with one another, and quarterly in conference
with the State Master Franchisees. All Franchisees at all levels attend a National Annual Conference, at which awards for the Top Franchisees of the Year are given.
Regional Master Franchises are available throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Some are brand new, while others are in various stages of development or fully established.
Accordingly, investment required for a typical Regional Master Franchise can vary from approximately $180,000+GST to $350,000+GST.
