“I had been a retail manager but wanted flexible hours so I had more time with my family.
I found it hard working for someone else and thought: `Why not work for myself?’
I was one of the first franchisees in NSW and loved the fact that it was new and exciting.
I saw it as a great challenge. I have enjoyed watching it grow now there are lots of trailers in every service.
As if owning your own business and working hard for yourself isn’t enough reward, you also have flexible hours for your family, fun at work, you get to be outdoors, enjoy getting to know your customers, and have less stress.
I really enjoy training new Franchisees. The James’ System is great. When you stick to the system and set goals to achieve, it works. If you work hard, you get rewards.”
